- Visit Nami in west Prontera Inn. (/navi prt_in 234/133)
- Talk to Nami and they tell you how they want to be a nurse. Select "Continue Conversation"
- Nami will explain the First Aid skill, it is simple skill that you can use to regain a small amount of HP, and the requirements. 3 red herb 3 clover and 1 sterilized bandages.
- Nami tells you where to find 1 sterilized bandages, on the eastern side second floor of the Prontera castle you can find a nurse will supply you with this item readily.
- Visit Nursing Instructor Dread Lord inside of the Prontera Castle. (/navi prt_castle 174/145)
- Dread Lord will yell at you to bug off.
- Dread Lord will realize that you've come for bandages. They will tell you the source of the bandages. Sanitized Mummy bandages. They will give you the bandages and tell you to not get killed.
