== Overview ==
Gunslingers are a ranged DPS Glass Cannon. Providing excellent single target DPS/Burst at range with Rapid Shower and Full buster, or melee AoE damage with Desperado. Gunslingers can also function as a sniper with the new version of Tracking! Gunslinger is the go to class for those that wanted to sling pistols and click heads while contributing in a meaningful way.

== Job Change ==
The Gunslinger job change has been modified for the items required. A general guide can be found [https://irowiki.org/classic/First_Expanded_Job_Change_Guides#Gunslinger here.] The required items to job change are now 1 trunk, 3 fluff, 1 zargon, 10 shells, 3 green herbs, 3 scells, and 1 milk.

== Equipment Related Changes ==

Gunslingers are able to use various rebirth gear in addition to their normal complement of gear. Notable items include the Valkyrie gear set which now include bonuses for Gunslingers and vesper cores. Gunslinger weapons have been buffed with additional slots and easier access to many guns. The table below shows the source for each gun currently available.

== Overview ==
Taekwon Kid, while a stepping stone for Soul linker, is also a strong independent class when built as a ranker. Taekwon now gets all the benefits of trans gear being available and them being able to use it. They are no longer locked to just pre-trans gear. This allows them to have a strong base for their already massive combat capability and be able to dish out a lot of damage.

== Job Change ==
The Taekwon Job change has changed significantly from vanilla and now takes place in Ayothaya.

== Overview ==
Ninjas are an expanded class focused on either strong spammable Magic attacks or physical cleave. Their mage build makes use of single target spells that carry no After cast delay, allowing them to spammed at ASPD, the ability to dodge and push themselves back when hit physically, and the ability to create deterrents between them and the enemy they are killing. Throw ninjas focus entirely on throwing Kunai and Huuma Shurikens at their enemies, allowing them to have strong single target damage and multi-target cleave.

== Job Change ==
The Ninja job change has been updated. We still follow the guide listed [https://irowiki.org/wiki/First_Expanded_Job_Change_Guides#Ninja here,] but the Cyfar requirement is now Garlets.

== Equipment Related Changes ==

* A variety of Huuma's drop rates and slots have been updated, see [https://wiki.ragnaroktimelines.net/index.php?title=Weapon_Changes here.]

== Skill Changes ==

Ninja was strong as is with their magic build and that was left untouched for the most part. They now get a longer duration on Ninja Aura so it is closer to Bless/Agi. Huuma Shuriken received a massive buff, allowing the skill to deal full damage to every target. Allowing for some of the strongest endowable ranged cleave available.
Rogues are a class focused on farming and PvP. With their ability to auto-steal and strip, they excel in both areas as one of the more independent classes. Timelines felt Rogue needed very little to continue to do what it does, and provided them with Preserve as a platinum skill. Rogues will now have the same quality of life as stalkers did, and will be able to farm without losing their copied skills.

== Job Change ==
The Rogue job change is unchanged and a guide can be found [https://irowiki.org/wiki/Rogue_Job_Change_Guide here.]
== Skill Changes ==

Rogue changes were mainly aimed at provided quality of life. The class on its own is strong as is and will continue to be. Rogues get access to all of the trans daggers that make them strong, while also getting access to preserve to maintain skills like Heal, Triple Attack, and Bowling Bash.
Assassin changes were more centered around Poison being effective against neutral. With this change alone, Assassin feels better to play and level in areas where neutral mobs dominated the map. Priests are the bread of butter of any party on Timelines. With a focus on buffing their party and providing healing, it is almost impossible to go anywhere and not think, "I would want a priest with me". Timelines has not made any changes to deter that mindset either. With the addition of Purity to provide active status resist and quality of life changes to boot, Priest is still thriving.
Otherwise, Priest has received a number of QoL buffs for both support and offense, and should greatly benefit from the number of undead enemies available to them.
Performer changes were aimed at making them more impactful from a group setting standpoint. While they were already strong, they had little benefit to bring outside of Bragi and Service. There will not be benefits to having an active Dancer and Bard in your party rather than just a dual slave. In an environment where every tool will be needed to tackle the hardest content, this will make Performers a mainstay.
Hunter is a class focused on solo play and farming. In parties, hunter has always only brought single target damage to the table. On Timelines, we have adjusted Steel Crow to provide more natural damage to blitz beat, making it an effective cleaver in parties. Traps were also adjusted to make more of them appealing outside of just Ankle Snare.

== Skill Changes ==

Hunter changes were aimed to produce a higher level of play for the class as a whole. With monster agility actually mattering vs Ankle snare now, Hunters can't just snare every mob and snipe it with no risk. As a trade off, all status applying traps have been adjusted to almost always apply their debuff. Instead of needing 3-4 traps to sleep/freeze and enemy, you will most likely only need 1. Timelines also adjusted steel crow to make Auto-Blitz feel better as a build. Now your bird actually does damage! Trap hunters should also rejoice seeing that while they cant stack traps, their AoE on traps are considerably bigger.
Alchemist always fit a weird niche in pre-trans. You wanted one for chemical protect in bigger MVP parties but they didn't really do anything outside of throwing some blue potions and white potions around. And even when they did throw them, they lacked the healing boost from Soul Link. On Timelines, Alchemists are now the Combat support. They provide buffs that increase hit, flee, and ASPD. They have increased healing with Aid Pitch with a bugfix that allows Ranked Potion healing to apply and this also gets boosted by soul link, allowing them to turbo focus healing on Tanks and Devos. They also now the only source of SP for your party with the lack of scholar. Overall, Alchemist will be a main stay for any guild looking to push Trans content.

== Overview ==
Alchemist has seen a massive shift from its vanilla counterpart. With homunculus gone, Alchemist now function as an auxiliary support to Priests and Sages. With changes to how Aid Pitch works and the addition of the new Pitch Item skill, Alchemists now operate within the realm of full party support, allowing for big heals and big steroids. Brewers also receive Twilight Alchemy for all craftable items. No longer will Yellow potions be crafted one at a time to use as a cheap consumable.

== Job Change ==
The Alchemist job change is unchanged and a guide can be found [https://irowiki.org/classic/Alchemist_Job_Change_Guide here.]

== Equipment Related Changes ==

* Most level 3 and 4 Axes, Maces, Swords, and Daggers now drop slotted or have had slots added. Adding variety to your weapon pool

== Skill Changes ==

== Overview ==
Blacksmiths are a class focused on dealing large amounts of single target melee damage and forging. Blacksmiths on Timelines play very similarly to their roles in the past but have been adjusted slightly with quality of life. Forging has been tuned to make items easier to forge and have a more uniformed cost. While Battle Smiths have had their SP issue addressed.

== Job Change ==
The Blacksmith job change is unchanged and a guide can be found [https://irowiki.org/classic/Blacksmith_Job_Change_Guide here.]

* Most level 3 and 4 Axes and Maces now drop slotted or have had slots added. Adding variety to your weapon pool
* Weapons forged by Blacksmiths maintain their NPC bonuses

== Skill Changes ==

Blacksmith needed a facelift with the addition of trans content and gear to ensure it remains relevant to new and old players alike. Forgers had a lot of their weapons merged into other passives, allowing them some free skill points at job 50. Forgers also make items in batches now, reducing time spent converting Iron and Stones into usable materials like Steel and Elemental hearts. Battlesmith received a quality of life change to help with its SP issues and ensure a comfy grinding experience.
Wizards are masters of Area of Effect damage and crowd control. Wizards have been left relatively unchanged due to their high skill ceiling. Timelines aim was to reign their power back a bit while providing them with adjusted tools that are looked at as joke builds or pre-requisites for other skills.

== Skill Changes ==

Wizard received some minor tuning. While it doesn't change anything long term for experienced Wizard players, it does change some thresholds that players knew before. The changes to Earth Spike and Heaven's Drive were made to bring them more in line with a bolt, but show great promise even at lower levels. Frost Nova was also adjusted to be more consistent and have a larger AoE so you arent required to be IN melee range, but at least at a 5 cell distance from your enemy. Keep in mind, 11x11 around your character is 5x5 AoE, similar to Heaven's Drive.
* Charm of Yggdrasil - 10% damage reduction from demon, angel, and plant race mobs, adds the enchanted peach tree card effect (auto heal when attacking) - requires 500 each of Wooden Heart (Wood Golem), Huge Leaf (Leaf Cat), and Sprout (Parasite)
* Charm of Warding - 10% damage reduction from brute, insect, and fish race mobs, allows use of shield reflect level 1 - requires 500 each of False Angel Wing (False Angel), Little Evil Wing (Deviruchi), and Cyfar (Orc Lady)
* Charm of Meditation - 10% damage reduction from formless and dragon race mobs, 50% resistance to the curse and stone curse status effects - requires 500 each of Red Bijou (Red Ferus), Green Bijou (Green Ferus), and Blue Bijou (Blue Acidus)

All charms have 0 defense, a weight of 10, and a level requirement of 55. They can be upgraded and are restricted to monk class only.

== Skill Changes ==

Monk skill changes focus on utility and combo skills. Snap is the post-rebirth version which does not consume a spirit sphere when in fury.
Divine protection and demon bane have been merged into a single skill for acolytes. Additionally, the pre-requisite for Raging Trifecta Blow has been reduced from Dodge 5 to Dodge 3. As such, monks have more flexibility in their choices. Monks may choose to spend the additional points on Mace Mastery which has been added to the Acolyte skill tree or on Signum Crucis which now requires Divine Protection level 6 instead of Demon Bane level 3.

== Other Notes ==

Monks gain the ability to use Zen while soul linked in addition to their normal class specific buffs of removing the normal block on SP regeneration while in Fury status, reducing the SP cost of combo skills, and adding a 5x5 splash effect on Raging Thrust.

== Socket Enchanting ==

Socket Enchanting on Timelines is completely custom from the original NPC. Items have been added and removed for the sake of simplicity and availability. Most items that you used to socket at the NPC now drop naturally slotted. The primary idea behind the NPC was to provide availability to gear that is less common as servers grow bigger. Purely due to scarcity from lack of drops, or players wanting to push their upgrades on equipment. The rates listed on the NPC, 1 in 2 for basic and 1 in 4 for advanced, are 100% accurate based on server code. Basic items will slot at 50% chance. Advanced items will slot at a 25% chance.

Note: Silver Robe and Scapulare maintain their NPC bonuses after slotting. This is an intended change to make these items more appealing as they are class locked to 1 or 2 classes.

== Socket Enchanting ==

== Socket Enchanting ==
